Californian group goes off the beaten track

Had the pleasure of escorting three lovely Californian ladies on a tour of Highland Perthshire yesterday. What a beautiful part of Scotland this is – even if the weather was a bit dreich (wet). They marvelled at the beauty of the area around Kenmore particularly Taymouth Castle. We then headed west to Killin and the Falls of Dochart – they had benefitted from the rain and were looking spectacular. From here we moved more into the wilderness of Glen Lochy and over into Glen Lyon. The road between the Glens is somewhat rough but the passengers appreciated the luxury of the Land Rover Discovery which easily coped with the conditions.
