As our sailing season draws to close at the end of British Summertime at the end of October we look back at what has been an exciting summer. At McIntosh Tours we have very much enjoyed meeting new and interesting people on our sailing charters. Each charter has it’s own “personality” which is great. We have so much fun as well as interesting discussions- Jane Austin’s novels was a particularly memorable one! We only have a few more weeks to go before Chinwag is lifted out of the water for her yearly maintenance program.
Land Tours continue throughout the Winter with whisky and gin tours a huge favourite choice. One very enjoyable day tour is tasting several gins at the award winning Persie Gin then lunch and whisky tasting at Lindores Abbey.
